If you want to book directly with us, our prices are:
59 USD/night for 1 person, each additional person +10 USD (4 pax max) + 35 USD for the final cleaning fee during the normal season
79 USD/night for 1 person, each additional person +10 USD (4 pax max) + 35 USD for the final cleaning fee during the peak season:
- 15.12. – 15.01
- 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after Easter
- 20.10 -10.11 (Día de Muertos)
Payments can be made in Mexican pesos to the Mexican bank account, in CHF/€ to the Swiss bank account (exchange rate of the day according to xe.com) or via PayPal (+5%). There is a returnable caution (150 USD) which will be requested at the time of booking. Caution will be returned 48 h after stay, if there was no damages / accidents.
Discounts:
- 8+ days: 10% from the price (cleaning fee remains unchanged)
- 28+ days: 20% from the price (cleaning fee remains unchanged, but we propose complimentary cleaning each 7 days from the day of the arrival)
